You’re invited to join us for an inspiring evening celebrating our progress and partnerships in preparing Cleveland’s youth for career success. This year's spotlight is on our Academies Model, where youth receive real world job experience in fields of specified interest.

Following the celebration, keep the party going and enjoy a complimentary ticket to watch the Cavs take on the Milwaukee Bucks!

  • Panel Discussion Hosted by Matt Dolan (Team NEO): The conversation will explore the growth of Y.O.U.’s Academy Model 

  • Duane Rohr, Sr. Manager of Workforce Initiatives, CVS Health 

  • Jennie Becker, Manager of Experiential Learning, MAGNET 

  • A youth representative from one of Y.O.U.’s Academy sites, sharing their personal journey 

  • Awards Presentation: Honoring community leaders making a difference 

  • Huntington Community Catalyst Award: Jason Lockett, Breadwinners Academy 

  • Voinovich Award: Jen Hurd (Bank of America) & Jennie Becker (MAGNET)

  • Celebration of a Major Milestone: Join us as we celebrate the successful completion of our Summer to Success Campaign, a $5 million effort to expand and strengthen our Summer Youth Employment Program of which the Academy Model is a key component
