Youth Opportunities Unlimited connects young adults ages 14-24 to employers throughout Cuyahoga County and Northeast Ohio. Each year, Y.O.U. matches 2000 teens and young adults with more than 250 employers of all sizes.

Provide summer work experiences for teens ages 14-19 throughout Cuyahoga County.
The Internship Program is a selective program offered to high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors throughout Cuyahoga County. Mentor a participant interested in your field. Y.O.U. gives them a stipend for 120 hours of industry experience with you throughout the year.
Provide IT related internships to high school students throughout 18 counties in Northeast Ohio.
Jobs for Ohio’s Graduates (JOG) is an in-school, evidence-based for-credit daily program with focus on career development, high school graduation, post-high school success, learning employability, and leadership skills.
LAUNCH helps young adults in Greater Cleveland ages 16–24 discover what’s next and build the skills, confidence, and connections to get there.
