LAUNCH (In the Land) is here to help young adults in Greater Cleveland, ages 18–24, discover what’s next and build the skills, confidence, and connections to get there.

Whether you’re looking to land a job, explore a career path, return to school, or level up your skills, this program is designed around you. LAUNCH meets you where you are and helps you take the next step toward where you want to be.
