Academy Alumni Survey
Greetings, Academy Alumni! Y.O.U. is glad that you participated in the program and would love to hear directly from you about your experiences. We invite you to complete the following survey and provide information about your education, career path, and Academy impact. As part of this survey, you will be asked to upload a video of yourself responding to the questions provided.
To show our appreciation for your time and effort, all alumni with eligible submissions will be entered into a raffle to win the prize of your choice among three tiers. One winner will be selected for each tier. You may preview the tiered prize options below.
This opportunity is for Alumni of Y.O.U.'s Academy programs for summers 2022-2025 only. All submissions will be reviewed and validated with Y.O.U. past participant information. Completion of the video submission with thorough responses to all 7 questions is required to be eligible for entry into the raffle. If you participated in an Academy for more than one summer, please submit only one response.
All submissions must be submitted by 11:59pm on Saturday, February 28, 2026.
The raffle will take place the following week. Raffle winners will be notified by Friday, March 6. If selected, winners will have the opportunity to choose their prize within the respective tier. Winners will be required to sign a recipient acknowledgement upon receiving the prize.
